1. Order housekeeper system, which is one-to-one housekeeper service mode, fully understands requirements of the customers, establishes dyeing contact list, and then accredits order-followers to wholly track the progress. Finally, inspects the whole shipment of cloth in warehouse according to “American 4 Point System Scoring Method”.
2. Standard order-follow process: Once got the order, arranging repeated dyeing according to color standard of the customer. Confirm lab dip and physical index first, and communicate with order-sorter to arrange bulk production. In the production process, track the progress and quality of the order, and then sent bulk cloth to warehouse to inspect. At last, collate order data and place the documents on file for future reference.
