1.Textile Production
   Wujiang Lantian Weaving Co., Ltd. was established in Dec. 2002 in Pingwang development zone, Wujiang District, Suzhou City, which is exclusively invested by Hong Kong Langan International Investment Trading Co., Ltd. with 400 million Yuan, and covers 150 acres. There are 6 high-skilled technicians who are engaged in textile industry for 20 years, 25 medium skilled technicians and 289 skilled textile spinners in the company, among which, 3 of the people have the university degree and industry experience for more than 25 years, and 92 of the people have the industry experience for more than 10 years. These personnel are organized into an excellent team who has strong ability of research and development on new materials and new products. Annual output of various high-end and high-density fabrics is about 30 million meters, sales of 180 million Yuan.
    So far, in order to meet the demand of domestic and overseas high quality textile markets, the company makes a contribution to expand production capacity step by step. Now there are 1788 sets of the most advanced Tsudakoma and Toyota water jet looms, 5 sets of sizing machines, 60 sets of double-twisting machines and other corollary equipments in the company. Annual production of various high-end and high-density fabrics is about 30 million meters, and gray fabrics 50 million meters. The annual output value is about hundreds of millions Yuan.
    From 2014, the company carried out a series of work on the informatization of production data. It brought in High-end talent and the yardage rolls were managed by bar code. The production process had used data to management and evaluation. So that the product quality improved qualitatively, the defective percentage was about 0.5%, which far beyond the industry standards.

  2. Textile Trading
     Langan Trading Co., Ltd. has the independent right to operate import and export trading; in addition, it’s also the general agency of Shandong Wanjie, which is the flagship in the industry, the annual sales volume of polyester taffeta is above 150 million meters. The strong advantage of product chain and integrated marketing service system is obvious in the company.
     Langan group invested 60 million Yuan in introducing the top team of R&D ,production, QC and sales from original Xinmin Printing and Dyeing Mill in 2014. Furthermore, the group effectively integrated the most advanced printing and dyeing technology in the industry as well as production factors to build the most professional and high-efficiency industrial system of fabrics and linings. The company is mainly engaged in medium and high-end textile linings. It develops fabric and new-type lining actively, and accepts all kinds of fabric and lining orders from home and abroad. In addition, the company establishes several functional departments such as sales department, new product development department, product supply department, quality inspection department and so on.
     Langan Trading Co., Ltd. sets up a high-efficiency order housekeeper system, that is, from the beginning of placing an order, the company arranges one-to-one housekeeper to understands the order requirements fully, and then exactly transmits the requirements to dye factory, afterwards, the order-follower who the company accredits wholly track the course and quality of each order. Meanwhile, the company establishes own integral quality restriction system. There are 14 sets of inspection machines imported from Taiwan and a package line in the company. In addition, we develop the information-based system by computer test and bar code recognition system of yardage rolls by ourselves. All the appearance of outside processes will be inspected by our company first, strictly according to the scoring requirements of four scores from AATCC American-Standard. Besides, the company establishes its own testing center, which inspects and controls the quality of outside dyeing processing products to better satisfy our customers.
